Heartbrakr Society Refund Policy:
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, please contact our customer service department for further assistance. 
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
* Your item must be unused with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
* The item must be in the original packaging.
* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Note: You can cancel your order only before a tracking number is issued. Once your tracking number is given to you, you can no longer cancel.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.
